On February 17th at POWRPLNT, SISTASPIN will be hosting their first edition of spinschool.

spinschool is an educational series with the goal of providing access and knowledge to black and brown women, femmes, and all members of the lgbtq+ community interested in production, DJing, or the music industry in general.

Their first installment of spinschool will focus on the basics of spinning Vinyl - the mother of modern DJing. The workshop will be taught by the ny-based DJ, friend of SISTASPIN, and queen, DIME. To maintain their goal of accessibility for the community, the workshop is free with RSVP. Hope to see you there!
